Maya & Mor worked in the HR industry for decades, they met thousands of job seekers and recruiters who struggled for a good match, making it clear that a change had to be made. Together with Nir and his extensive experience in building tech products, the team is designing a new mechanism of hiring.  

Our aspiration is that our children will live in a world where resumes don’t exist, and people are matched to jobs based on the capabilities that drive success.
