A TaTiO simulation is a short, interactive job experience that lets you perform realistic tasks related to the role. It helps employers understand how you approach situations and demonstrate your skills in action.

Getting started

Open the link provided by the employer or staffing company and follow the instructions on the screen. You may be asked to enter basic information before starting.

Getting started

Usually not. Most candidates can access the simulation directly through the link they receive. The employer may ask for your name or email address so your results can be connected to your application.

Getting started

Most simulations take approximately 3 to 7 minutes. Some customized simulations may take longer.

Getting started

Yes. TaTiO simulations are designed to work on smartphones, tablets and computers. For the best experience, use a stable internet connection and an updated browser.

Getting started

TaTiO works on most current smartphones, tablets and computers. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Older browsers and devices may not provide the best experience.

Getting started

Many TaTiO simulations are available in multiple languages. The available options depend on the employer and the simulation you received. If you need another language, contact the employer or recruiter who invited you.

Getting started

You will be introduced to a realistic work situation and asked to respond to questions, make decisions or complete job-related tasks. Read or listen to the instructions carefully and respond as you would in a real work environment.

During the simulation

No. TaTiO is not a video interview. You will not be asked to appear on camera or speak with an interviewer.

During the simulation

TaTiO does not record video. In some simulations, your spoken answers may be recorded and analyzed. You will be informed before microphone access is requested.

During the simulation

We recommend completing the simulation in one session. If you close the simulation before finishing, your progress may not be saved. Choose a time when you can complete the experience without interruption.

During the simulation

This depends on the type of question. Some questions allow you to review or change your response, while others move directly to the next task. Follow the instructions displayed during the simulation.

During the simulation

Reconnect to the internet and reopen the original simulation link. Depending on where the interruption occurred, you may be able to continue or may need assistance resetting the simulation. If you cannot continue, contact candidate support or the recruiter who sent you the link.

During the simulation

First, confirm that your browser has permission to use your microphone. You should also check that:

  • Your microphone is connected and not muted.
  • Another application is not using it.
  • Your browser is updated.
  • The correct microphone is selected in your device settings.
  • If the problem continues, close and reopen the browser or try another supported device.
During the simulation

Wait a few seconds, then check your internet connection. If the screen remains frozen, refresh the page or reopen the original link. If the issue continues, contact support and include your name, the employer’s name, your device and browser, and a screenshot if possible.

During the simulation

Candidates cannot normally restart a completed simulation independently. Contact the recruiter or employer who invited you. They can decide whether to authorize another attempt.

During the simulation

You may contact support for technical problems. However, another person should not help you choose answers or complete tasks. The purpose of the simulation is to show your own approach and abilities.

During the simulation

Your performance is evaluated based on your responses and actions during job-related situations. Depending on the simulation, this may include factors such as accuracy, attention, communication, problem-solving, safety awareness and decision-making. The skills measured are selected according to the requirements of the role.

Results and privacy

TaTiO uses technology, including AI-supported analysis, to evaluate job-related responses and behaviors. It does not evaluate your appearance, facial expressions or background. Your results provide performance evidence to support the hiring process. They should not be treated as the only source of information about you.

Results and privacy

Your results may be shared with the employer, staffing company or recruitment provider responsible for the hiring process. Access is limited to authorized users involved in that process.

Results and privacy

This depends on the employer’s process. Some employers choose to share reports with candidates, while others use them internally. Please contact the employer or recruiter who invited you to ask whether your report is available.

Results and privacy

You may ask the employer or recruiter for another attempt, particularly if you experienced a technical problem. The decision to provide another attempt belongs to the organization managing the recruitment process.

Results and privacy

TaTiO uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Access is restricted to authorized users, and information is processed only for defined recruitment and assessment purposes. For more information, review the Privacy Policy and Candidate Transparency Notice.

Results and privacy

No. TaTiO provides employers with information about your performance in the simulation. The employer or staffing company remains responsible for the hiring decision.

Results and privacy

Contact the employer or recruiter who invited you as early as possible. Explain what adjustment or alternative process you require. TaTiO can support reasonable adaptations when coordinated with the organization managing the hiring process.

Results and privacy

TaTiO will help you select an existing simulation or determine whether adaptation is needed for your role and hiring process.

Getting started

Yes. Simulations can be adapted to reflect the role, work environment, language and relevant skills. The scope is agreed with the TaTiO team before launch.

Getting started

Timing depends on the selected simulation, required adaptations and technical setup. Your TaTiO representative will provide a project-specific timeline.

Getting started

TaTiO supports multiple languages. Availability depends on the simulation and project scope, so please confirm the required languages with your TaTiO representative.

Getting started

Candidates receive a secure link through the recruitment process defined by the client. TaTiO can support both standalone and integrated delivery.

Candidate access

Not necessarily. Candidate access is configured according to the agreed recruitment process and privacy requirements.

Candidate access

Reports provide a clear summary of performance in relation to the skills relevant to the role. Report content may vary by simulation and client configuration.

Results

Results should be considered alongside the role requirements and the client’s wider recruitment process. They support structured decision-making and do not replace human judgment.

Results

TaTiO supports integration options for approved client implementations. Compatibility and the appropriate workflow are reviewed directly with the client and relevant technology provider.

Integration

No. TaTiO does not record candidate video. Some simulations may use audio responses when spoken communication is relevant to the role.

Privacy and compliance

TaTiO applies appropriate privacy and security safeguards and processes information for agreed recruitment and assessment purposes. Detailed documentation is available through the formal client review process.

Privacy and compliance

TaTiO focuses assessment on standardized, job-relevant responses and behaviors, with human oversight. Detailed governance and compliance information is available during the client review process.

Privacy and compliance

Use the support channel agreed during implementation. Include the simulation name, date and time of the issue, device and browser, and a screenshot when possible. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Support

Contact your TaTiO representative. Relevant documentation is shared through the appropriate client review process and, where required, under confidentiality terms.
